The Coaching From a Faith-Based Leader's Perspective training program is owned by The Barnabas Team, which is a data controller of your personal data. The policies associated with the program are below:

REFUND and WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a scheduled in-person BCC Bootcamp training must be canceled, registrants will be notified of the cancellation no less than one week prior to the scheduled course start date, unless a shorter period is necessitated due to an emergency, and registrants will be granted a full refund or may choose to enroll in an upcoming session. Students may cancel a course enrollment at any time before entering the learning platform and receive a full refund minus credit card processing fees.

Refunds: If circumstances prevent you from participating in the Bootcamp Training session in which you have enrolled and submitted payment, please let us know BEFORE entering the learning platform and we will be happy to refund your payment less any credit card processing fees.

Withdrawal: If circumstances prevent you from participating in an in-person BCC Bootcamp Training session in which you have enrolled and you have already entered the learning platform, please notify us in writing by email and we will be happy to hold your enrollment spot for a future date or if you are unable to attend any of the future sessions in person, we will consider a request with cause to transfer your enrollment to an online training program. If you are unable to complete a training program in which you are enrolled within the permitted timeframe, please provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from completing the program within the permitted timeframe and request an extension. The extension request will be presented to the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) for review and approval.

Due to the nature of digital media training content delivered on the World Wide Web, it is not possible to return access to digital media training content once it has been granted. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable after entering the learning platform or receiving access to digital materials. In limited circumstances, the Barnabas Institute in conjunction with CCE may, in their sole discretion, provide an exception to the no-refund policy if written request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction and you can provide documented and verifiable proof of a hardship beyond your control that prevents you from accessing the learning content or that you cannot access the material due to an error on the part of learning management system. The Barnabas Team, TBT Training and Wix.com serve as the delivery agents for our digital media training content.

PAYMENT METHOD

Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will be connected to either PayPal or Stripe to complete your registration and purchase the Coaching From a Faith-Based Leader's Perspective training program. All major credit cards are accepted.

The Barnabas Team, LLLP, and TBT Training will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request or to connect you to our third party training and payment platforms. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from our third party payment and training platforms, PayPal, Strip and WIX or their subsidiaries and group companies, for access to training materials and online payment. Please note that PayPal, Stripe and WIX have their own privacy policies and have taken numerous steps to ensure that personal data is processed confidentially, accurately and securely; however, The Barnabas Team and TBT Training do not accept any responsibility or liability for those policies. You may check PayPal, Stripe and/or WIX policies before submitting any personal data.

SAFETY SECURITY

Barnabas Institute and TBT Training take precautions to protect your information. For payment purposes and access to training materials we have partnered with PayPal and TalentLMS online learning platform. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via the platforms, PayPal and TalentLMS have implemented encryption and transmittal procedures intended to protect your information both online and offline. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
